How can I collect data without a KoBoToolbox account?

Hello,

I have an issue where I want to share a form for others to fill out without requiring a log-in.

I have resurfaced this question from a previous post because I cant seem to get it to work.

I clicked on the link in the answer to the previous post but the website doesn’t seem to work properly.

I also read this article on web form data collection.

So far I have clicked on the copy link button when the online-ofline option is selected. I then paste this link in a separate browser. However, the resulting website asks me to log-in (which is exactly what I want to avoid). I have attached a screenshot.

I appreciate any help with this issue!

Hi @Silvana You could do this by configuring your KoBoTooolbox account settings by checking the Require authentication to see forms and submit data which is present under the ACCOUNTS SETTINGS (as shown in the image below).
