i couldn’t make a logo to kobo form. Can you help me to do it. the previous way wasn’t correct with me

For this you will have to do the following:
- Place the logo in the beginning.
- Maybe change the
layout settingtopagesso that in the first page you will see the logo and then when you proceed you will see other questions subsequently.

You should now be able to see the logo (in your survey project):
The problem was that, you had been using a png file and had been naming the media file as jpg in your survey form. Hence that was creating an issue.

Kindly please be informed that the survey title is always at the top (in KoBoToolbox). In your case HH is the survey title and thus it stays at the top.

Short answer, you can’t. It will always displayed below the survey title.
As correctly stated above, the form title is always displayed by Enketo above the actual content of the form definition (which is where you need put your custom logo).
If you are desperate you can kinda ‘fudge’ it by all but eliminating the form title and instead manually replicating it inside your form; eg you can accomplish something like this:

This is a bit of a hack, but it’s about the closest you’ll get short of forking the Enketo code and changing how and when it displays the title. Note, you have to put something in for the form title - if you make it blank then Enketo will fall-back and display the form file name instead! So I made mine as inconspicuous as possible with an underscore char ‘_’ for the title (!). You can then mimic the form title with a suitable note with some formatting to make it look like the original:
