Hi @niang_wv, how many submission do you have in your form? does it more than 30000?

@niang_wv, the first step is to download your data from the project UI. If you fail this step, you may not be able to connect your KoboToolbox data to Excel.

More than 50 000

It is a limitation of Kobotoolbox, if you data exceed the 30000 submission, the API mostly returns timeout errors. Please check the topic below for the solution
