It is a limitation of Kobotoolbox, if you data exceed the 30000 submission, the API mostly returns timeout errors. Please check the topic below for the solution

Hi all, based on below link, I am trying to get the data from Kobo to excel using query so I can refresh when I need instead of re-donwloading the data. It worked for projects with less #of submissions but it gives “Timedout error” in projects with more submissions. Any help please? I use the global server. Thanks
