How do I request a proforma invoice?

Hello everyone,
There is an NGO in Madagascar that would like to use KoboToolBox’s paid solution. They have already identified the plan they wish to use and an estimated duration of use. However, as part of their procedures, they need a proforma invoice from the service provider (in this case, the KoboToolBox platform).
Can anyone explain what they need to do to obtain this proforma?
