I have the same problem and with multiple android devices sending the data

@KengneIsidore, @ltriblgni, @Tokaniaina, @center, @vfssemaganda while troubleshooting a similar issue for one of our users, I discovered that the problem occurs when the project title is excessively long. I shortened the project title, redeployed the project, and successfully received the blank form in the app. I then created a new collection and was able to submit the data back to the server without any issues. Could you please try this method and let me know if it resolves the problem on your end? Your feedback will be valuable for our other users as well.

Note: I experienced no submission issues with longer titles when using the web form (Enketo). It appears that this problem is specific to the Collect Android App.
