How long after paying for one of the plans are our plans updated?

Hello! We have paid yesterday for the subscription, but after logging into our account today, it still says that we are on the free community plan.

Thank you, we have sent an e-mail, with invoice, requesting to associate the subscription to the correct account and are awaiting a response.
