How to access a report on Accessibility/Utilization of projects in KOBO

Dear Experts,

I would like to get a summary report on the accessibility of the tools/project in KOBO at a click is that possible. We have created several projects on KOBO and I would like to share a report on the number of people who have accessed a particular tool and if possible by the period. More of the utilization of the tools.

Hi @debora, From your screenshot I understand that you wish to print out the Custom Report instead of the survey questionnaire. In the screen, press the printer icon. You will be directed to a printer dialogue box. In the Destination, select Save as PDF and then press Save. [image]

Thanks, @Kal_Lam this one only focuses on one tool/questionnaire, but what am talking of is a report in this format:
Number of Questionnaires accessed
Period of Questionnaires Accessed
Who accessed these reports

I have created several tools and would like to know who to support and appreciate those who have managed to access and utilize them.

Yes I have, what i need is an overall summary of all the reports as below;

KoBoToolbox at the moment does not support this feature. Maybe you will need to create a separate features request for this here.
