How to delete kobo account?

I need to delete kobo account and need to change email or username. Can it possible?

Hi,

I’ve been trying to work with Kobotools support to get some of my accounts deleted as well. I have a set of accounts we used for some projects, which are now no-longer needed. I haven’t been able to get them deleted after many emails back and forth with the Kobotools support team.

Has anyone here had success at getting a Kobotools account deleted? I wonder if the main server has the same error that many people are reporting when trying to delete users on custom kobo-docker servers… (links to other threads here and here about the kobo-docker issue).
