How to ensure the title of the web form is displayed correctly when sharing the link (for exammple, via whatsapp)

I had similar problem. But i managed to overcome it by first:

  1. Share to email and while in the draft mode;
  2. Open WhatsApp, copy and paste survey title or simply type it in as desired. You can as well add any info you intend to share with the survey form
  3. Copy link from the email draft page and paste on WhatsApp message. Discard the email draft if not sharing via email.
  4. Share to as many WhatsApp recipients as desired.

Note: if you share straight from kobotoolbox to WhatasApp, the title will not display, but go through email, and you can add title and additional info about the survey.
