How to pull Question from parent to child

Hi everyone

please I need help I’m building household survey form. in the project there are two sections of forms the household from which is the parent and the respondent form which is the child form, in the parent form there some questions capture that the same question will also be capture in the respondent form. but i don’t want the situations where by the question will be repeated after capturing in the parent form, and i also want those question variables to appear on the respondent sheet after data capturing
