I am having trouble accessing my account (meyer.dfb@gmail.com, dfbestudos).
I had already created a form, and I can still access the form itself, but I am unable to log into my account to view the survey results.
This is very important because I need the survey data for the preparation and description of work for my institution.
Could you please help me recover access to my account and my project data as soon as possible?
