I have just learnt about the limits but a expecting about 200,000 submissions this month. Data collection started already, please advise the way forward

Welcome to the community, @Ramseyray! 200k submissions per month is way too large. You will need to subscribe to a paid plan if you with to continue collecting data. You could do this by going under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS>Plans.
