In one of the projects we have in KoboToolBox, we get the following error: “Account is not active”

Hello, good afternoon. In one of the projects we have in KoboToolBox, we get the following error: “Account is not active,” and we see that it refers to the person who created the survey. I have all the permissions within that project, but I haven’t been able to fix it.

We are afraid that some users in the territories will lose the draft surveys they have and were unable to send.
