Can you share which server you are using with us? So the core team can check. So far my forms in global server seems to be working.

Hello, everyone. Same thing in my case. Also EU server and no access to the forms. Everything is in the loading state. Also, then trying to open the form from the link, the 504 error appears.

Keep getting error 504 message
Responds are being submited but the number of submissions remained the same

I am also getting a 504 error message.

I’m also getting this on the EU server - the back end of form is taking ages to load, but also the deployed form is not working for data collection this morning. It attempts to load and then gives me an error message that tells me I shouldn’t record data in the form until the issue is resolved..
