Today I had a problem of downloading dataset from server. It is loading only after exporting data to excel. Can you help me to fix it?

Welcome to the community, @nahimana! Could you also let the community know the server you are on? Having a screenshot of your issue would also be helpful for the community to understand your issue pictorially.
The problem is exporting to excel like now it has taken 1 hour processing. I am using kobo toolbox server but the server on humanitarian is the same
