I am not able to sign in to my Kobo Toolbox account. My log in information works to sign in to the Community forum but not KoBoToolbox

@lalonde340, if there are login issues and you wish to reset your account password, please reach us through support@kobotoolbox.org with the following details:

  • Username
  • Email ID registered with the username
  • Server you are using

We shall reset the password for you.
