@abrahamolayinka, could you kindly let us know the server you are using? Could you also let us know when you get this message? I mean do you get it when trying to make a new submission or when trying to submit an edited submission?

I get the message when trying to submit an edited submission for some certain forms
@abrahamolayinka, would you mind sharing with me the following information through a private message so that I could have a closer look at your case:
- Username
- Project name
- _id (for submissions with this issue)
- Server

What I observed when downloading your data is that I could see duplicates in your submissions:

The _uuid shows that there are duplicates. Delete the dubplates from your Data and you should be able to edit your submissions without having to see the error message when trying to save the edited submissions.
