Kobo Professional is Purchased but Error showing limit exceeded is still appearing

Dear Team,

Since my organizational KoboToolbox account under the Global KoboToolbox Server exceeded 5gb storage (currently at 6.15 GB) under the free plan, I have purchased the professional plan 10 hours ago. Even after making the purchase and my account being shown under the professional plan, I am still getting the error “you have reached your monthly storage limit . Please [upgrade your plan]”.

I am unable to download the data from the server or add more submissions currently.

Could you please help me in resolving this issue? Thanks.
