KOBO Server - 504 Error Message

I am reaching out regarding a server issue we are experiencing. We have encountered a 504 error, which is preventing us from downloading our data, loading, and opening our forms.

As we are actively receiving data from the field and need to track and manage it, we would greatly appreciate your urgent support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
