I created my account on January 20th 2025. I used it to collect data and then took a two-week break to address some pressing issues. When I resumed today, I was shocked to find that my account was inactive and I had no access to anything. I have some data I hadn’t saved. There was no warning email, nothing. I just lost all the data plus $$$ spent collecting the data. Has this ever happened to anyone? I saw a previous email where the user was sent back and forth between community help and support@kobotoolbox.org. I hope I can recover my data.
