Kobo Upgrade

Hi, Kobo team.
As I am trying to upgrade my organization kobo account, my Orgnization wants me to provide a communication from OCHA stating that UN OCHA will no more support the Koboserver for humanitarians. But I can’t find any link from OCHA server about the transfer. Can anyone help me get a link where OCHA clearly states to transfer its server to kobo?

Thank you, Kal_Lam. This I have learned. But, I would like to know if you know that UNOCHA also commucated about the transfer. It is a question asked my employer as to allow transition.
