Hi guys, I need your help. My KoboToolbox home page is unable to load my projects upon signing in and rather pops out an error message that it failed to load lists after which the message disappears, yet the system continues to run as if it is loading the projects. See the attached image
What is the URL of your server? eg this
And have you tried refreshing you browser (eg this in Firefox):
This is my URL KoboToolbox. same as the one in your shot.
I have refreshed it countless times. Interestingly, my account on the EU server is not experiencing that issue and works just fine
Global server is in the process of being updated at the moment, so you may be experiencing some (unexpected!) issues because of it. Please be patient; we are working hard on it…
EU server is unaffected because it was not part of today’s update.
Thanks a lot for the update. I appreciate it a lot

Saludos,
I have the same problem on the global server (kf.kobotoolbox.org) since the last 12 hours or so approximately.
For now, resetting the filters (there are two) set for the project listing, starts showing the project list. However, projects list again “disappears” when the projects button in the left nav bar is clicked or page is reloaded in browser. The (reset) filters re-appaear, and the above described workaround has to be repeated again.
@cirjorge, @LuisB, @aaj, the server issue has been resolved. Feel free to reach us back if it persists again. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding!
FYI, this problem still persists. The behavior is still the same, described in my first post
This is the URL after sign in: KoboToolbox
@cirjorge, kindly please be informed that we are investigating this issue and will get back to you once we resolve it. cc: @aaj
