Can a sample of 10,000 be collected and downloaded without an issue. There will be about 10 different Indian languages used for the survey. Can Kobo support that? The survey will have no images and should only be about 35 questions long.
Welcome to the community, @survey! 10k submissions is not an issue as KoboToolbox can easily handle this. The only issue is that if you exceed the threshold provided by the system which is 5k submissions per month and 1GB of storage per account you will need to upgrade your account to a paid plan. Feel free to reach out to us through support@kobotoolbox.org with any queries related to upgrading an account.
You should always be able to upgrade your account from ACCOUNT SETTINGS>Plans.
