Loading error when editing a record online

Dear,

I am encountered this message error since 2 days ago when trying to edit data online

Hi @patrice.fillon,

Welcome to the community! You mean you get an error message when you do the following:

  • Under the DATA>Table you press the pen like Edit icon to edit the submissions from the KoBoToolbox server.
  • You get the error message that you have listed above.

Kindly please confirm so that we could have a closer look. Would appreciate if you could correct me if it’s something different.

Hi Kal,

This is exactly the case. In the table I press the pen to edit and then the message appears (with all questions in the back but empty)

If this is the case, could you kindly provide me the following information so that we look at your case more minutely (through a private message) :

  • Username
  • Project name
  • Server you are using (OCHA or HHI)
  • _id number that has issues (so that i could check the same out at my end)
