Hello, the online- single submission I initially set before sharing the link is not functional anymore. I piloted the form before sending out and it was all ok, but after few hours of activity it started giving error messages to respondents for few minutes and it went back to normal. But the single submission is deactivated and I couldn’t fix it. Is there a way to fix it without changing the link? I have already sent the link to so many people and changing it would be very difficult if not impossible. Please help.
