we have a paid account we subscribed for this account since Feb 2024 , we have paid for three months , according to that we should have 75000 submissions but we faced a problem in the second month where the second payment didn’t renew in the first of the month and its shifted to 21 of the month, what can we do to contact a person who support us in reviewing our payment schedule, because we are now reach the limit of the subscription we think that there is an error in the payment and the number of submissions. many thanks for your reply and supports.
