Hi, I am facing a problem in the new paid account of kobo, where right now I have reached 24000 submissions, and the end of the paid account is 21 June
1- will the count of submissions would be 25000 in the beginning of May month?
2- If i reached the limit and the data collectors keep sending am I lose any submission after reaching the limit?

No, it would only be 25k till 21st June 2024 (or the date till where you have subscribed to your plan.

You will need to resubscribe for the paid plan if you wish to exceed 5k after June.
