I have a Kobo Collect account with the username XXXXX that was created by the email account YYYYYYY.net I forgot my password. The account XXXXXXXX has been blocked because I no longer work for this company. So I can’t recover the password of the account xxxxxxxx with this email.
I ask for another procedure to recover the xxxxxxxx account with another email ZZZZZZ or a phone number. I would like to retrieve my data from two thesis research surveys.
