I have paid a professional plane account and a would like to know how I use the “Direct user support”.

But how? Do I need to create an account here on Kobo community with the same email as my paid account? The Kobo account and Kobo Community account are linked? Where is the acess?

@gab1luize, you can post on the community forum for KoboToolbox-related queries and concerns. We are also designing a system where paid users can reach us with any KoboToolbox-related questions and concerns.

You will be notified once we make that system live.
