Recently at my institution it was decided to buy the Kobo Professional plan, the problem is that my institution is a government institution and this prevents us from being able to buy the Professional plan directly from Kobotoolbox, we need a local company to resell the Kobotoolbox service to us. Question, does Kobotoolbox have any sole distributor of the service in Central America, or is it only purchased directly from Kobotoolbox?
Welcome back to the community, @steffingarcia! Kindly please be informed that KoboToolbox does not have resellers. You can directly purchase the paid version from under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS>Plans.
If purchasing a paid plan is difficult for your organization maybe you could purchase it privately and then use it on behalf of the organization or maybe some known vendors of yours could purchase it and you could use it as needed.
