I am writing to request your assistance in recovering a project that was accidentally deleted from my KoBoToolbox account. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate any Trash or Deleted Items folder on my dashboard, and I do not have a backup copy of the questionnaire developed.
This is very important for my university continuous assessment grade, and I would greatly appreciate any support you can provide in recovering it.
