Please be informed that KoBoToolbox does not offer you features to shorten your url. However, as a workaround, you could tryout the following site which should solve your issue:

https://tiny.cc/

Please note there are many sites over the internet (and the one provided above was just a random search which happened to work well for me), you could choose one that suits you the best (and above all, that you trust the most)!
