Hello everyone,
Currently, we are using Kobotoolbox for data collection purposes. Unfortunately, we come to a point where we need each data collector and his supervisor in each district need to analyze and edit their own records after submission. So, is there a way to use row-level security here in Kobotoolbox?

Unfortunately this future is not available, I would however request that you post it as a potential feature for development. In the meantime, I would recommend a workaround where you create multiple projects each for a supervisor that way if you shared each project to only the specific person, they would be able to do that level of work. Unfortunately when you do this you can only merge the data offline
