Selection of multiple-choice questions with multiple-choice sequences

Hello everyone!
I need your help!
I’m designing a form and I’m stuck.
I want to have multiple selection questions following a multiple selection. I need your help.
Let me explain:
For a first question:

1. In which departments does your project operate?
   OUEME
   PLATEAU
2. Select the communes in which your project operates.
   -The answers for OUEME are

• ADJARRA
• ADJOHOUN
• BONOU

• The answers for PLATEAU are

• ADJA-OUERE
• POBE
• KETOU
  So if the project takes place in both departments and the person selects both departments, how can I display the 6 communes at the same time for the selection of communes. Please help me.
