I have tried with different computers still not working.

Dear @Kal_Lam - what are chances this issue will be resolved today? It’s been more than 4 hours without being able to access the collected data and I must notify our stakeholders soonest if it is not fixed in the next 2-3 hours (end of today).

@osalem8888 please be informed that the issue has been fixed and you should not see the Server Error (500).
