Hi @lapoderosa, I’m very sorry for the trouble.

I’ve fixed this by adding back a question you’d deleted at some point: Observaciones_para_d_ento_FORMATO_AUDIO inside the group group_pm1sv98. I’ve used skip logic (relevant) to make sure the question never appears during data collection.

A change we made introduced some brittleness where if certain projects had ever used transcripts, translations, or qualitative analysis questions for source questions that were later deleted, this 500 error would occur. We are working on a durable fix for this.

For now, however, please do not delete or otherwise modify the question that I added back. Thank you, and again, my apologies for the trouble.
