Hello, I am new to the forum and tried sending a message yesterday but I am not sure if it was posted. I am currently missing all submissions. The devices used for data collection show that these submissions were successfully sent, but they are not appearing on the KoboToolbox server data section. I have attached the images below. Kindly assist.

@vckmwendwa, are you able to see the data in your server now? It could be that you logged into the wrong server. Please be informed that KoboToolbox has two public servers namely: the Global Server and the EU Server.

Thank you for your response. I have logged in successfully using the Global server via the attached link in your response but I am still not able to see the data.

@vckmwendwa, kindly please check your Account Settings>Security>Recent account activity to see if someone other than you has logged into your account and deleted the project from your account.

Be careful when sharing your login credentials with other users.

I saw that there were similar cases to mine about a month ago, and they reported their missing data issue in the forum which was later corrected after your help. I thought that was the same case, because the other person who has login details is the project owner.

@vckmwendwa, sorry, that was a different issue. A server-side issue and not a client-side issue.
