This one was solved here by @Kal_Lam. When deploying my form, I got the error: "Unexpected KoBoCAT error 400: b’{“detail”:“The survey element named ‘select_multiple_nh64u17’ has no label or hint.”}’ ". Please use the online validator ODK - XLSForm Online to resolve any syntax errors in the form.

@joyboy12, you may need to go to the survey sheet and then search for select_one_xl32w86. Then check the label column header. That column header should be blank. You will need to provide a suitable label for that question.
