Dear Kobo Team, we are experiencing issues in accessing one of the projects in our team plan subscription. The project that were unable to access is:” MaYEA_Loan Requested Participants (For Whitelisting)”
Here is the error we are getting when we try to access the project: “Something went wrongWe’re sorry, but there was an unexpected error while trying to serve this page.
A 502 error on the Global Server usually means a temporary server-side issue, not a problem with your account or subscription.
Try logging out, clearing your browser cache, or opening the project in an incognito window. If it still fails, check if other projects open normally to confirm it’s isolated to that one.
Since you’re on the Global Server and the Core Team is already responding, confirm whether the issue is still happening and share the exact time you tried accessing it. If it persists, they’ll likely need to check the server logs for that specific project.
i cleared all my caches however the issue still persists. The issues even progressed to other projects as well. My other project MaYEA_Production Data Weekly Update is also have the same issue. I checked it even now 1:30 pm EAT
