Unable to confirm my email as activation link doesnt work

Was trying to creat my account. Got sent an email to activate it.

However, each time I click on the activation link, It comes up with a response that the link has expired.

I need help with this

If you have an account on one of the servers and try to open your account through the link for the other server, you cannot log in. So, you’ll need to log in with the right link.
