Hello everyone, I received the attached error message when I tried to create an account on the Europe Humanitarian server.
@anilgnydn, could you kindly share with me the following through a private message? Maybe I could have a closer look at your case.
- Username
- Email id registered with the account
- Server (EU)

@anilgnydn, kindly please be informed that your account is already active and was last logged on 2024-12-30. For your information please also be informed that your account was created on 2023-10-12.
There should be no issues related to your account.
Dear @Kal_Lam , thank you for your reply but maybe there was a misunderstanding. My account is active and it is working properly i have no issue with this, my problem is when i try to create a new account with a same email adress, it will not work.
@anilgnydn, kindly please reach me back with the username (you recently created) so that I can verify it on the server. You can reach me on a private message for this.
Dear @Kal_Lam seems that it was an already taken username so when i changed it then it works, many thanks for your support.
