I’ve had trouble before with some devices not being able to log in. Now, after about 6 months of inactivity, I can’t log in to my data on any device.
I changed the password but it’s still not recognising me.
Help! I need to be able to access my data.
Welcome back to the community @SteveH! Would you mind reviewing the post discussed previously (it should solve your issue).
It doesn’t work.
I use the correct server, change my password and use the link it provides to log in and it says username or password not correct.
