I have been experiencing trouble resetting my Kobocollect id password. I have created multiple accounts from a single email, and unfortunately, I forgot the password for an ID with important documents. Upon resetting, I get a reset link for a different ID that I created earlier. So, I kindly request your assistance on resetting password of this ID.
