As mentioned earlier in a different post, I am using a free plan but purchased a 10 GB addon storage plan. Now, I am running out of space again. I tried to upgrade to 20 GB but when I click on Buy Now for 20GB I get only this option. There were multiple screenshots but it wouldn’t allow me to upload more than 1 attachment.
What am I doing wrong?
Please help me.
I was able to view the usage just today after the fix and it seems I have overshot my limit by more than 100%!!
Since we are an Non-Profit NGO and cannot go for monthly USD 159.00, I am not sure what to do now.

Option 1: Sending a private message
Step 1: Select the Reply button as boxed in red below.
