Unexpected Application Error - MantineProvider not found in component tree

Hi there, I am logging into https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ for the first time in many months (I normally use a different Kobo server). My username and password were accepted, however I keep getting an unexpected application error as per the below. I originally got it when I first logged in, but after a few refreshes the dashboard loaded. Then I clicked through to a form and got this error on that page KoboToolbox. Have refreshed several times but still getting the error.

(Note I have no problems using https://eu.kobotoolbox.org/ with the same browser).

@nat, do you get this error when simply logging into your Global account? When testing with my account, I did not get any error message.

Hi @Kal_Lam yes, I got it when first logging into my Global account. Then after a couple refreshes (where I got the error) the dashboard loaded. SO I clicked through to a form, but got the error (multiple times) again. Hence logging the ticket. Server where I’m getting errors is https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ as per the original post. Hi @Kal_Lam any advance on this one? I’m still getting the same error on https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/ when I log in. I’m using Chrome, and my browser version is up to date (Version 140.0.7339.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)) I have also re-started my laptop today, but still same issue. Looks like @zenenperaza is reporting the issue too.

Therefore I think it’s a problem on Kobo end… look forward to hearing from you when resolved! Thanks again.
