Hi am currently having an issue with the form I built on KoboToolbox (this is the second time in 2 weeks).
Once the form was created and deployed, I added languages and went back to make some more edits, however, upon completing edits, the “unnamed language” appeared in my languages section. I deleted this “unnamed language” hoping to resolve the issue but I have been unable to view my developed form since then. I have tried rectifying the issue - today 14th May 2026 - using the recent suggestions in this forum, but nothing is working. I also tried creating a dummy form to see if the issue was with the form I built; however, the story remains the same (please see attached image for what I currently see).
Hi @Tolu, welcome to the forum. The issue with the unnamed language comes from a bug that has already been fixed.
Please check the solution shared in the thread below and let us know if it resolves the problem.
Hello, thank you for your response. The instruction did not work for me because I had already deleted the “unnamed language” in my form builder. I created a dummy form again (the first one was mentioned in my initial message) and followed the set instructions, but I didn’t find any missing labels.
Alternatively, I have cloned an existing form and edited it using a file I downloaded before I started experiencing the “unnamed language” issue.
