Our apologies for the delay on this issue. This was caused by a bug that our team fixed on Friday. However, for forms that were affected, you may still continue to see the issue.
To resolve it, please follow these steps:

Download the XLSForm before deleting the unnamed language.

Delete the null/unnamed language that appeared.

Review and fix the XLSForm in case any labels are missing. When you open the file, you’ll notice that the default language column is empty and the original default language labels have been moved into a generic
labelcolumn. You’ll need to move those labels back to their correct language column.
