I recently created an account and developed a form from ‘build from scratch’ for a water sources inventory project in March. I also added Nepali translations to the form. Initially, everything worked properly. I was able to deploy the form multiple times and make edits even after deployment without any issues.
However, last week of April, after a long time I got back to this form to edit some questions again, then, I started encountering errors. First, when attempting to edit the form, the system shows an error message stating “Error loading survey saying some unnamed transation is there” . After a while, all questions and translations disappear from the form builder interface, and the form questions appears with the message **Question label is required” which can’t be edited . I am also unable to preview the form. Additionally, a new unnamed translation appears automatically. I tried renaming the translation and also deleting it, but neither worked.
To identify the issue, I created a completely new form without adding any translations and deployed it. Unfortunately, after a few save, edit and redeploy attempts, the same issue persists. A unnamed translation appears automatically. Unfortunately, my collegues are also facing the same issues. So please help me to identify this issue.
Hi @goma_khadka in that case you should be using a working version, so if you need to do changes, you could download that version, adjust what you need and redeploy again. If users are collecting data with KoboCollect, they will need to download the latest version and if they are using web forms, after refreshing the page that will be done automatically.
