Hi support team I have some questions, please help me

  • I am currently using the kobotoolbox package of 5000 submissions per month and 50 GB of storage, how do I do it if one day I want to switch to the professional package? and can the change be made in the middle of the current payment period or wait for the payment period to finish? and can the professional package be canceled at any time by me if I no longer use it?

  • If one day I no longer use kobotoolbox, what about the contents of the attachments that have been stored in kobotoolbox?
